If you want to join the clinic staff, just fill out the form mentioned above and post it under the 'add character' thread! But if you're saying that you want her to establish her presence ICly first, then Adra (the chief of staff) is always open to talk about it (and it wouldn't be uncommon knowledge that he's the dude in charge, either).
